Garden Update
My first fall plantings have not been doing well (most of the cucumbers have died and the beans were all blown over by a storm) but our eggplants are still producing like crazy. Here are some photos of what the garden looks like now and what we have been doing with our delicious eggplants.

Looks yummy!! Your garden is doing so well. My eggplants never came up- I think squirrels were eating the seeds. We did get a few cucumbers though.

Our second round of vegtables didn't do as well as the first round either. But your eggplants look great - and your eggplant lasagne is making me hungry!
