Both girls have officially taken their first steps and said their first words! I didn't get a video of the words, but Leonie said "bye" while waving to the kitty and Elsie said "bye" while waving to me. They practiced that a lot while on our trip! They have also said "momma" in context once or twice but not consistently yet. Right before our trip up north Leonie took her first steps and I did manage to catch a few of them on video.
Elsie waited for her first steps until today!
